1. Definitions
· Company: Labuzik Ltd. (also "we", "us", "our", "Labuzik"), registered at 97 Park Lane, London, W1K 7TG, United Kingdom, company number 10349313.
· You/Client: The user, viewer, or individual/entity booking Services.
· Services: Any Session, Course, Consultation, Program, Retreat, Educational Training (including TalentDNA, TeamMatrix, Connective Communication/Excellence etc.).
· Booking: Reservation for Services.
· Payment: Monetary transaction for Services.
· Instalments: Agreed periodic Payments.
· Consultant: Person assigned to deliver Services.
2. Use, Acceptance and Changes
By entering, accessing or using our website in any way, you agree to comply with all of our Terms and Conditions. In addition, when you book any "Services" and products from us, you will do so subject to the Terms and Conditions on this page. By proceeding with a Booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all of these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
These Terms and Conditions may vary from time to time. You accept that you are bound by the Terms and Conditions current at the time when you book.
You must be 18+ to use this website or book Services independently. For Services offered to students under 18, parental/guardian consent is required, and a parent/guardian must enter the Booking agreeing to these Terms on their behalf. All users confirm meeting these requirements by proceeding.
3. Disclaimers and Liability
We cannot guarantee any specific results for the Client, whether positive or negative, financial or otherwise. Client success depends on numerous factors beyond our control, and results may vary significantly.
Consultant Advice
While Consultants may offer advice and perspectives on problem-solving, Clients understand these are informational only - not binding, prescriptive, or professional recommendations.
No Liability for Client Actions
We disclaim responsibility for Client choices, actions, results, use, misuse, or non-use of Services or provided information. This exclusion applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Client Responsibility
By choosing to work with us and engage our Services, you acknowledge that you are capable of taking care of yourself and accept full responsibility for your own decisions, behaviour, and the consequences thereof—both during the provision of Services and thereafter. In the event of psychological issues, we strongly advise consulting a licensed healthcare professional, doctor, or psychologist prior to using our Services. None of our Services should be interpreted as a replacement for guidance from licensed professionals.
We accept no liability for any direct or indirect damages, emotional harm, or losses resulting from decisions you make, including any harm to other participants. If you cause damage to our property, the property of third parties we collaborate with, or to other participants, we reserve the right to recover the full costs from you.
4. Service Availability
Labuzik reserves the right to modify Services, including course/training modules, dates, times, availability, and prices, as determined by directors, partners, or suppliers. The Terms current at the time of Client registration/Booking shall apply to those Services.
5. Payments
Prices are quoted in GBP.
Equivalent amounts in other currencies may be provided for international Clients. Prices are valid at Booking confirmation.
We may change fees/packages but will honour the price agreed at Booking for that Service period. Future or additional Services may be at different rates.
Accepted payment methods include:
Bank wire, Cash (payments under £2,000). Contact us for alternatives.
Instalments
Available for select Services - please contact us for terms (numbers, variations by Service type). We may decline requests. If agreed, Client must pay all Instalments in full and on time, ensuring funds availability.
Late Payments
Payments delayed >5 working days incur 20% of invoice amount, or £100 per week overdue, plus £40 admin fee per email reminder (first sent day 2 post-due).
6. Cancellations
Cancellation by Labuzik
We make every effort to deliver Services as scheduled but reserve the right to modify or cancel. In case of complete cancellation, we will fully refund the relevant Payment or offer a mutually convenient rescheduled date.
Cancellation by Client
Client requests for postponement will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the discretion of Labuzik, with an applicable amendment charge, if required.
Cancellation Fees by Service Type
Individual Services:
Cancellation 1 week prior: 50%; less than 48 hours prior: 100%.
Team Services:
Cancellation 2 weeks prior: 25%; 1 week prior: 50%; up to 72 hours prior: 75%; less than 48 hours prior: 100%.
7. Force Majeure
Labuzik will make every reasonable effort to deliver Services as agreed but shall not be liable for any direct or consequential losses, or Client expenses arising from course, training, consultation postponement / cancellation, where performance is prevented (in whole or part) by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances may include acts of God, government regulations, illness, labor disputes, war, or terrorism.
8. Consultants
While we strive to allocate named Consultants as requested, their availability cannot be guaranteed due to existing commitments. If a named Consultant is unavailable due to sickness or emergency, we will endeavour to provide a suitable substitute. Refunds will only be considered if no Consultant can be provided.
9. Client Responsibilities
Punctuality
Clients must arrive at the time specified in Service welcome information or as otherwise agreed. If a Client arrives more than 10 minutes late without notifying the Consultant or office (by phone, text, or email), the Consultant may leave, and no refund will be given.
In-Person Services
Clients attending in-person Services must arrange their own visa, travel, and administrative requirements. If a visa is required, apply well in advance - Labuzik Ltd. cannot make exceptions to the refund policy.
Languages
Services are conducted in English.
Clients with insufficient proficiency may:
- Arrange their own interpreter;
- Request one from us (extra cost may apply); or
- Use AI simultaneous translation tools, subject to mutual agreement and possible additional fees.
10. Audio/Visual
Client Recordings
Unauthorized video or audio recording of any Services (including sessions, webinars, seminars, retreats, workshops) conducted by Labuzik Ltd. or its Consultants is strictly prohibited unless expressly agreed in writing. If permitted, recordings are for personal use only and may not be used commercially or published on any media or social platforms.
Company Recordings
Labuzik Ltd. will not use photos or videos of Clients taken during Services on social media or elsewhere without the Client's explicit written consent.
However, we may record or photograph in-person program segments for internal training or marketing.
Clients who do not wish to be included must notify us in writing at least 2 working days prior to Service delivery.
Online sessions (e.g., via MS Teams or Zoom) may be recorded for training; software notifies upon entry. To opt out, promptly inform the Consultant.
11. Intellectual Property
Labuzik retains all intellectual property rights and copyright in materials provided (including workbooks, audio/video, manuals, and other collateral), unless a specific written agreement assigns rights to the Client. All such materials—supplied before, during, or after Services—are proprietary to Labuzik, intended solely for the Client's personal use, and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed to others without explicit written authorization.
12. Confidentiality and Relationships
During the term of Labuzik providing "Services" to the "Client", and for a period of 12 months after completion, the "Client" agrees not to offer employment or engage the services of any "Consultants" involved in the "Services" provided by Labuzik Ltd. In the event, that such employment or engagement occurs, the Client will be liable to pay compensation equivalent to one year's full-time fees for the respective Consultant to Labuzik Ltd.
13. Governing Law
English law applies; claims only under English law.
These Terms and Conditions and our relationship with the "Client" are governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law. Claims can only be brought against us if they can be made under English law without reference to the laws of any other country.
