Assessment
YOU complete an easy 30-min assessment online.
We will share a link and instructions in an email.

WE need 24h to analyze your profile
and prepare your training plan.

We meet once a week. Each session is 1.5h long for optimal training dynamics. It takes 6 to 8 sessions, profile-depending, to design your unique "Winning Talent Strategy."

Simple yet powerful tasks are shared with you to work on after each session. This is to ensure you apply what you have learned from day one.

Upon successful completion, the level 1 Authentic Leadership certification is issued.
